We warmly invite all contributors to share their latest research through oral or poster presentations. To ensure a smooth and well-organized program, please carefully review the following guidelines.

Oral Presentations

All talks will have a total duration of 20 minutes — consisting of 15 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for discussion. Due to the limited number of available time slots, the Scientific Committee reserves the right to select which abstracts will be included as oral presentations.

A computer-controlled projector will be available for use with PowerPoint presentations. Should you prefer to use another format or software, please contact the organizers in advance to ensure compatibility.

Your presentation file (PowerPoint or PDF) should be uploaded to the conference computer at least one session before your scheduled talk. This will help avoid any technical delays and ensure a seamless transition between speakers.

Poster Presentations

Posters should be prepared in portrait orientation, with a maximum size of 90 cm (width) × 120 cm (height). Adequate space will be provided for displaying all posters, and designated sessions will allow ample time for viewing and in-depth discussions with colleagues and attendees.

Abstract Submission

The deadline for abstract submission is 15 May 2026.

Abstracts must be prepared using the official conference template, available using the button bellow, and uploaded using the form on this page. The abstract should not exceed one page in length.

Please note that only abstracts received by the deadline will be included in the Conference Proceedings. Late submissions cannot be accepted.
